Guide to Creating an Account on Cape Venison

1. Access the Account Creation Page: Locate the person icon in the top-right corner of the website. Click the icon and select "Create Account" from the dropdown menu.
2. Enter Your Information: A pop-up window will appear prompting you to provide your email address, first name, last name, and contact number. Optionally, you can include your shipping information at this stage, which will prefill during checkout for convenience.
3. Set a Password: Create a secure password and click "Register" to proceed.
4. Verify Your Account: A new window will appear requesting a one-time password (OTP). Check your email for the OTP sent by Cape Venison, enter the code in the provided field, and click "Verify."
5. Sign In and Start Shopping: Once verified, your account is successfully created. Return to the person icon, select "Sign In," and enter your email and password to log in and begin ordering on Cape Venison.

To get started, click on the Shop option on the top menu, then select any of the categories.

Our products are sold in bundles to offer the best value for your money. Click on the View Bundle button.

Then you can select any of the available options presented to you. The only requirement is that it has to meet the minimum weight which in this case is 10 kilograms. Some products have options to select like what type of venison—select that option first and then add to your order by clicking the + icon.

If you want to remove an item, simply click the − icon.

You will notice an indicator at the top that shows you the weight of your selected products. Once your selection is done and valid, the Add to Cart button will become available. Click this button to confirm your selection.

You can then continue shopping from any of our other categories or proceed to checkout.

To check out, click on the cart icon on the top menu and select Check Out.

Confirm your shipping details and city. Select the shipping method from the list and then click Place Order.

You will then be transferred to the Payfast payment system where you can select from various payment options. Complete the payment and then your order is confirmed. You will receive emails regarding the order status and when the order is shipped.
