Cape Venison guarantees that the quality of our meat products meets the highest standards. At Cape Venison, we always want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Upon receiving orders, all stock shortages or weight discrepancies, or anything else that might be wrong with the delivery, needs to be reported to the relevant salesperson on the same day as delivery, and while the driver is present.
If any discrepancies (damaged meat products, incorrect meat product received, defective product) are not reported while the driver is present during the delivery, we acknowledge that you’re 100% happy and satisfied with the goods that were delivered and won’t be able to change anything after.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from refund request date, and will take place via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
